Victoria Caltabiano
Victoria is a long-term resident of Arizona and started her professional career as a social worker when she created and implemented a Crisis Response program for the city of Fountain Hills. This agency provided volunteer teams of trained "second responders" to attend to people following a call for EMS services. Following, Victoria moved into the hospital setting where her skill in exploring her patient's quality of life and end of life decisions with them were further developed. After further education and application, Victoria earned the Advanced Hospice and Palliative Care certification from the National Association of Social Workers. Currently, she brings her expertise to people in their homes to guide and advocate for her patient's healthcare choices. Victoria joined the FCAAZ Board of Directors following a personal experience with the program and the value that is provided to the consumer.
